Its so refreshing to hear tunes that you haven't heard for years and even better when you hear them back to back. As the name suggests this mixtape takes you through a journey from foundations through to ska and rock steady, some roots and large helpings of slackness. This is reggae from back in the day when we didn't understand a word the dj's were saying (think yellow man) but we still managed to make up the words and sing along!
